So there's nothing wrong with the product but the high lip around it seems to put my cat off. He doesn't know what to do with his feet if the food item is too far inland. Maybe not for cats.I bought because they seem to prefer hard food without a bowl and I have a dispensing machine that likes to shoot out the food. it does contain things but the cats plural, seem bothered with the high lip.

I didn't buy this for my cats. I bought this for my kitchen and I put it under my kitchen sink. It's way better than the other expensive water proof mats.
