What is covered by this limited warranty? Leash Boss warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year beginning on the date you purchase the product. Once one (1) year of limited warranty has passed or you do not meet the Terms and Conditions, Leash Boss will offer 15% off your next purchase on Leashboss.com
What is not covered by this limited warranty? This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, theft, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
Leash Boss obligations under this limited warranty? Provided that you comply with the conditions of this limited warranty, during the duration of this limited warranty, Leash Boss will replace the product, at its sole option, without charge. (1) replacement Physical Good is covered under the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
Discontinued Products: If a product or model is discontinued by the manufacturer, Leash Boss may substitute a new product or model if the replacement product meets or exceeds the specifications and performance of the discontinued model and if the discount is the same or greater than the discontinued model.
